Get into a meditative state

Sit in a quiet dark room. Sit on the floor Indian style and Imagine a white and pink ray of light surrounding your dark space. Take several deep breaths and open your eyes. Repeat this process for 20 minutes or until you have protected your space end mind. 


Siéntate en una habitación tranquila y oscura. Siéntate en el suelo al estilo indio e imagina un rayo de luz blanco y rosa que rodea tu espacio oscuro. Respira hondo varias veces y abre los ojos. Repita este proceso durante 20 minutos o hasta que haya protegido su mente espacial.
